We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote, send a message, or apply for a job. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Shipment details — origin and destination, commodity, weight, dimensions, dates and special handling requirements
• Billing information — billing address and accounts-payable contact for invoiced accounts
• Employment information — driving experience, license class and endorsements, and anything else you include in an application

Our web host also records standard technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page. We use this only to keep the site working and secure.

How long we keep it

Shipment and billing records are kept as long as our tax, insurance and DOT obligations require. Quote requests that do not become shipments are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Driver qualification files are retained for the periods set by federal regulation.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission of form data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal information such as a Social Security number through a web form.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that message.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
